A few common questions from caravan owners, holiday-home owners and LPG customers before booking a visit.
01 My LPG boiler has stopped providing heating or hot water. Can you help?
Yes. JTS LPG carries out LPG boiler fault finding and repairs for problems including no heating, no hot water, ignition faults, flame-failure issues, gas-pressure problems and regulator or supply faults.
Breakdown and fault-finding visits on Anglesey start from £85, including the call-out and up to the first hour on site.
02 Can I book my gas safety check and boiler service together?
Yes. A Gas Safety Inspection and annual appliance service can be completed together for £130.
This is often convenient for static caravans, holiday homes and lodges where both the LPG installation and appliances require regular checks.
03 Do you work on Morco, Ariston and Vaillant LPG appliances?
Yes. JTS LPG Anglesey has hands-on experience working with commonly fitted LPG appliances, including Morco, Ariston and Vaillant, as well as LPG water heaters, gas fires, cookers and boilers used in caravan and leisure settings.

04 I have just had a static caravan sited. Can you connect and commission it?
Yes. JTS LPG Anglesey can connect the LPG supply, test the installation, commission the appliances and provide the required Gas Safety Certificate on satisfactory completion of the work.
Waste connections for sinks, showers, basins and appliance pipework can also be included as part of a complete new caravan connection package.
05 Can JTS look after several caravans or holiday homes on the same park?
Yes. JTS LPG Anglesey works with individual owners as well as caravan parks and holiday parks requiring multiple gas safety inspections, annual servicing, repairs, regulator work and ongoing LPG maintenance.
If several units need attention, include the number of caravans or lodges when making the enquiry.
06 Which areas can you travel to?
The main service area is Anglesey. This includes Holyhead, Valley, Trearddur Bay, Rhosneigr, Llangefni, Amlwch, Benllech, Menai Bridge, Beaumaris and surrounding communities.
Selected work can also be arranged in Bangor and elsewhere in North Wales depending on the type and size of the job.
07 What should I send if I am not sure what is wrong?
You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself. Send a description of what is happening, your location and the type of property or caravan.
If possible, include the appliance make and model and clear photos of the appliance, label or installation. For holiday parks, the site name and plot number are also useful.
